The Sacred Palm Foundation is currently in the process of obtaining official 501(c)(3) status. Contributions may not be tax-deductible unless and until eligibility is confirmed under applicable law. Payments and donations are applied toward the selected program area whenever possible.

All payments and donations are reviewed and allocated toward the stated purpose whenever possible. If a program need changes, funds may be redirected to a closely related charitable, educational, scholarship, relief, or operational purpose consistent with the Foundation’s mission.
